Refund Policy

This policy describes refund, cancellation and return terms for SoulHubs SRL products and services, in line with Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside their commercial activity), you may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

The period runs: for physical products — from the day you receive the product; for services and digital content — from the day the contract is concluded.

2. How to exercise the right

Send us a clear notification at office@soulhubs.com stating the order number, your name and your withdrawal request. You may use the standard form attached to EO 34/2014.

Return the product within 14 days of the notification, to the address we will communicate. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product was non-conforming.

3. Condition of the returned product

The product must be returned in its original condition: unopened where possible, with all accessories and intact packaging, without signs of wear.

If the product shows damage caused by excessive handling, we reserve the right to reduce the refund proportionally.

4. Refund

We refund the value of the product (including original shipping costs, except premium options you chose on top) within 14 days of receiving the return.

The refund is issued through the same payment method used initially (Stripe), unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exceptions (products that cannot be returned)

Under Art. 16 EO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or made-to-order products.

• Digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if performance has started with your express consent and you acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal (downloaded apps, already accessed digital materials).

• Services fully performed when execution started with your express consent before the 14-day period expired (e.g. a workshop you have attended).

6. Cancellation of courses and journeys

For SoulPath courses, cancellation terms are communicated at enrolment and depend on course length and proximity to the start date.

For SoulWay sacred journeys (Peru, Mexico), cancellation fees are:

• More than 61 days before departure: 10% admin fee, the rest is refunded.

• 60-41 days: 30%; 40-31 days: 40%; 30-16 days: 60%; 15-9 days: 90%; within 8 days or no-show: 100%.

These terms apply in addition to those of our partner travel agency (SKIMANIA).

7. Defective or non-conforming products

If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email, with photos.

Return, replacement or full refund costs are borne by us in this case.
