The SoulHubs website (soulhubs.com) is operated by SoulHubs SRL. These terms apply to anyone visiting the site, browsing the content, or purchasing products or services.

The products shown (card decks, essential oils, courses, sacred journeys) are sold at the prices listed in EUR, including VAT where applicable.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place the order.

Product images are illustrative. There may be slight variations in colour or finish.

Select a product → Buy now → you are redirected to the secure Stripe checkout page.

Provide your billing, shipping (if applicable) and payment details.

Stripe sends the order confirmation automatically to the email address you entered.

The sales contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other methods available in Stripe Checkout.

We never see and never store your full card details.

Physical products are delivered by courier within the timeframe indicated at order confirmation (typically 3-7 working days in Romania, 5-14 days for the rest of the EU).

For digital products (app access links, downloadable materials), access is provided immediately after the payment is confirmed.

For courses and journeys, specific terms (dates, cancellation, deposit) are communicated at booking and form part of the individual contract.

Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, if you are a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

Exceptions (Art. 16 EO 34/2014): personalised goods, digital content already downloaded/accessed, services fully performed with your prior express consent.

We are liable for product conformity under Romanian Law 449/2003.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or other consequences resulting from improper use of the products.

For sacred journeys, our liability and the liability of the partner travel agency (SKIMANIA) is limited per the specific conditions of each travel package.

All website content (text, images, design, logo, the SoulHubs name, the SoulVibes game concept) is protected by copyright and belongs to SoulHubs SRL or our partners.

Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of these materials without our written permission is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, the Romanian courts with jurisdiction over our registered office are competent.

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

You are also protected by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — anpc.ro.
